1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by A2D Bond Cleaning Gold Coast ("we", "our", "us") throughout Queensland.By requesting a quote, booking a service, or allowing us access to the property, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.These Terms operate alongside:The Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)The Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (Qld) (for bond cleans)Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under Australian law.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional cleaning services including:Bond Cleans (End of Lease Cleans)Domestic CleaningPre-Sale CleansPost-Sale CleansAll services are limited strictly to the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.Additional services requested outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on information provided by the client.Quotes may be revised if the property condition differs materially from what was disclosed.We reserve the right to adjust pricing where excessive dirt, neglect, mould, pet hair, damage, or biohazard conditions are present.Payment is due as agreed at booking confirmation.Failure to make payment may result in withholding of documentation, invoices, or re-clean attendance.4. Bond Clean Terms (End of Lease Cleans)
4.1 Free Re-Clean Guarantee
A2D Bond Cleaning Gold Coast offers a Free Re-Clean Guarantee to assist tenants in meeting end-of-lease cleaning standards.Conditions of the Guarantee:The property must remain vacant after the initial clean.Notification must be provided in writing.Cleaning issues must be identified by the property manager/agent.Issues must relate strictly to cleaning within the original agreed scope.We must be provided reasonable access.We require up to 72 hours from notification to attend.The re-clean must be scheduled before the final inspection is closed.The Guarantee Does NOT Cover:Damage, wear and tear, deterioration, mould recurrence, staining, pest infestation.Structural defects or maintenance-related issues.Pre-existing carpet stains or permanent damage.Areas not included in the original booking.Additional cleaning requested after re-entry or tampering.Third-party work completed after our service.This guarantee does not constitute a bond refund guarantee. Bond refunds remain subject to the decision of the property manager and the requirements of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (Qld).4.2 Property Condition & AccessThe property must:Be completely vacant.Have electricity and running water connected.Be free from personal belongings.Have safe and legal access.If utilities are disconnected or the property is not vacant, additional charges may apply or service may be rescheduled.5. Damage & LiabilityTo protect both parties:We may take photographic evidence before and after services.Clients must disclose known damage or fragile fixtures prior to commencement.We Are Not Liable For:Pre-existing damage, deterioration, or faulty installations.Loose tiles, brittle surfaces, aged fittings, flaking paint, or unstable fixtures.Electrical or plumbing failures unrelated to cleaning.Carpet shrinkage, discoloration, or pre-existing staining.Damage caused by poor maintenance or prior workmanship.Any claim for damage must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion.Our liability is limited to:Re-supplying the service; orThe reasonable cost of re-supplying the serviceAs permitted under the Australian Consumer Law.To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy6.1 Client CancellationCancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service may not incur a fee.Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.Cancellations within 24 hours may incur up to 50% of the quoted price.Same-day cancellations or no access provided may incur up to 100% of the service fee.6.2 Access FailureIf we attend the property and:Access is not available; orUtilities are disconnected; orThe property is not vacant; orThe condition differs significantly from disclosure;A call-out fee may apply.6.3 Our Right to RescheduleWe reserve the right to reschedule services due to:Weather conditions (for external work)Safety risksIllnessUnforeseen operational issuesWe will provide reasonable notice where possible.7. Payment TermsPayment must be made in accordance with the booking confirmation.Late payments may incur recovery costs.We reserve the right to refuse future service for unpaid accounts.8. Health & SafetyWe reserve the right to refuse or cease service where:There are hazardous materials.There is violent, aggressive or unsafe behaviour.The property poses a safety risk.There are biohazards or illegal substances present.Additional charges may apply where specialised cleaning is required.9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted under Australian law:Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.We are not responsible for consequential losses including lost rental income, delayed settlements, or bond disputes beyond the cleaning scope.Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.10. VariationsWe reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will be published on our website.11. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
