EXCLUSIONS

Blind Cleaning – While blinds are lightly dusted or wiped, we do not provide specialised blind cleaning. Stains, marks, or heavy soiling may require professional treatment. Detailed blind and shutter cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost per set.
Curtains
Removal of Stickers or Adhesive Hooks – We do not remove stickers, adhesive hooks, or similar items due to the risk of damage to walls or paintwork. If removal is requested, A2D Bond Cleaning Gold Coast accepts no liability for any resulting damage.
Furniture Removal or Moving – Our cleaners do not move or lift furniture. All areas must be accessible at the time of service to ensure a complete clean.
Ceiling Cleaning – Ceiling cleaning is not included in a standard bond clean. This service can be arranged upon request and may incur additional charges depending on the scope required.
Tile & Grout Cleaning – Standard cleaning of tiled surfaces is included; however, we do not provide specialised grout restoration. Heavily stained grout may require professional treatment, available as an add-on service.
Garage Cleaning – Standard service includes sweeping floors and wiping accessible surfaces. Heavily soiled garages or additional requirements may incur extra charges.
Exterior Areas – Cleaning of inaccessible exterior windows, & pressure washing of balconies, decks, and outdoor areas is not included in the standard service and can be added at an additional cost.
Carpet Cleaning – Professional carpet steam cleaning is not included and is available as an add-on service.

Additional Work & Heavily Soiled Properties

In cases where a property is heavily soiled, has accumulated stubborn stains, or requires cleaning beyond the scope of a standard bond clean, our team will assess the situation and discuss any additional work or charges before commencing the clean. This ensures there are no surprises on the day, and you can make an informed decision about extra services required to meet inspection standards.

Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service and must be received before any cleaning work commences.

Invoices not paid within 7 working days of the invoice due date will incur a late payment fee equal to 50% of the original service price. This late fee will be added to the outstanding invoice, and the total amount will become immediately payable.
