4. Free Re-Clean Guarantee (Bond Cleans)

A2D Bond Cleaning Gold Coast offers a Free Re-Clean Guarantee for bond cleans to assist clients in securing the return of their rental bond under Queensland tenancy requirements.

Guarantee Conditions:

  • The property must remain vacant after the initial clean.

  • Notification of cleaning concerns must be provided in writing.

  • Issues must relate strictly to cleaning within the original agreed scope of work.

  • We must be given reasonable access to the property.

  • We require up to 72 hours from notification to attend the property for rectification.

  • The guarantee does not apply where:

    • Additional works are requested beyond the original scope.

    • Damage, deterioration, mould recurrence, pest activity, or structural issues are present.

    • The property has been re-entered, used, or tampered with after completion.

This guarantee does not override the requirements of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (Qld) and is provided as a goodwill service within the limits outlined above.

5. Damage, Property Condition & Liability

To protect both our clients and our business:

  • We may take photographs before and after cleaning to document property condition.

  • Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, deterioration, mould, staining, pest damage, or structural defects are not the responsibility of A2D Bond Cleaning Gold Coast.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Damage resulting from faulty fixtures, loose fittings, brittle surfaces, aged materials, or prior poor maintenance.

    • Electrical or plumbing faults unrelated to cleaning.

    • Carpet shrinkage, discoloration, or pre-existing carpet damage.

    • Items not disclosed prior to service.

Any claim for damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion.

Our liability is limited to the re-supply of services or rectification at our discretion, as permitted under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

6. Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Employees and subcontractors

  • Payment processors

  • IT and website hosting providers

  • Professional advisors

  • Queensland government authorities or courts where legally required

All third parties are required to maintain confidentiality and security of personal information.

However, no online system is completely secure, and transmission of information is at your own risk.
